We use few very simple ingredients, but we strive to find the best quality ingredients! We use milk from Fresian-Holstain cows, salt shipped from Italy and the best quality animal rennet. Unfortunately, the traditional way of making our products requires animal rennet, and despite the very small quantities used, this ingredient will make our cheeses not suitable for vegetarians.
Also, we will do our best to tell you about the particular ingredients of our cheeses and we’ll try to ensure that our labels accurately reflect that. However, if you have any doubts or just want to check, don’t hesitate to contact us.
